Bodyweight excersizes are a great way to start off! Push ups, sit ups, squats and planks are a great way to work out and build up your core!

You could always use jugs of water as a weight, though be careful to use something that has an even weight.

Now that you're stuck inside, try to get out! Take a walk or a jog out in the nature! It's good for both body and mind!

Mentality Tricks

Don't sit inside all day and stare at the screen, do something! Learn something new and get physically active.

Remember to check up on your family, give them a call! Make sure to take care of those close to you.
